Radeon 9600 series graphics card help please!!!!

my graphics card is about 3 years old, all the updates and everything i can think downloaded for it, but it messes up bad after the games starts goin for a bit.It also doesnt do it with all games.Here is a picture in the new LOTRO game.Please if someone could help me with my problem i would be greatly obliged.

It might be overheating. With a card that old, make sure the heatsink/fan is clear of any dust/lint. It may also help to remove, regrease with thermal compund, and then reinstall the heatsink.
