I just bought a 42" Sharp Aquos TV and hooked up my computer via dvi to hdmi and omg my games look better than my dinky 19" lvd on my desk. Its so amazing! I have the resoulution set to 1920 x 1080 too.

Thats where you can see the REAL gap between the two cards: At larger resolutions.
For users running anything at 1280x1024 and smaller, the GTX doesnt perform too much better. Same with the Ultra.
