Help with ATi's CCC

Hi,

I've just recently updated my Radeon 9600pro drivers and attempted to install the latest Catalyst control center [7.12] but I am having issues trying to get it off its feet... First of all this message comes up at start up:

"Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.Implementation, Version=2.0.2895.26427, Culture=neutral, PublickeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

There may also be other instances of this message but instead of CLI.Implementation it's MOM.Implementation. I have tried reinstalling both CCC and the drivers available, these were both found on the amd/ati website. I tried installing an earlier version of CCC [7.1] and it works absolutely fine. Is the newer one neccessary? Especially if I am using this pc for gaming, and is there any possible solutions to this problem?

I had that problem i solved it with the new .net version (3.5) that solved mine.
