Need help on how to rotate monitor(orientation of display)??

Before installing the SP3, I had my Dell 2005FPW monitor rotated 90 degrees to that it was oriented up and down (easier reading).

After installing SP3 RC, I found out that the orientation of my monitor had reverted to the 0 degrees aspect. I have removed and reinstalled the ATI Catalyst Control Center(CCC) monitor suite, updated the driver, and then removed and updated both a second time in an attempt to correct this problem. I cannot change it back to the 90 degrees aspect I want. When I go into the Ati CCC, I can hear the hard drives read/write but display will not change.

The configuration is:

Ati x800-XT/256m,
Dell 2005FPW (Digital)
Dell XPS 3.46 pentium,
1 gig Memory,
150G SATA (2 150G drives in raid-1),
NEC DVD-r/rw9ND-3450A)
Samsung CD-R/RW(SW-252S)
WinXP Home Edition

I believe this is a settings error, but other than that I really cant tell what is going on. Any info would be really appreciated!

Vern

No, it doesnt. Going into Ati's CCC wont allow me to rotate it either.

UPDATE:
MS got back to me about this issue. They said:
Quote:
(BY: msft-jayaramk Some series of ATI drivers have hardcoded logic inside them that checks for the version of the SP on top of which they are running. As a result of this, these drivers conk out when SP3 is installed.
They also said they were working with ATI to fix it as its a known issue. How long before it gets fixed is anyones guess.

So, until I revert back from SP3-RC(dont want to, I like it), or ATI fixes the drivers, I guess Im using the monitor horizontally.
