Video Card Problem?? ATI HD 2400XT
I am having video playback trouble watching videos online. They all come out blurry right at the start or eventually become that way. I am thinking it is a driver problem, but I am not sure. I have (or think I have) a ATI HD 2400 XT video card and I have the driver installed, but even with or without the driver it acts the same way. What is going on?? Any help? Thnaks!!
