Whats the difference between these cards?

Ok.. so I have this card picked out for my build.. and I just stumbled upon another card with the same name, but different brand. Here are the two..

EVGA GEFORCE 9800 GTX

Right off the bat, the XFX is cheaper, and looking at the specs, the XFX has a faster core clock and memory clock. The XFX package even comes with a DVI-HDMI adapter. So what's up with this? From what I see the XFX deal is way better, especially at around a $50 price difference.

Is there something I'm not seeing?
