You'll get better performance from the 8800GT OC.

They outperform the 9600GT in most every benchmark.

HI, welcome to TIMO.
Out of the 2 cards you linked to, the 8800GT is faster. The 9600 uses a little less power though. Either should run fine on your PSU.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, TUV, FCC, CCC - Power Supplies
That's a good option.

EDIT:
Or the one linked to below. That's what I'm running in my system ATM.

Here's a great PSU that will work in an SLI rig: OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W. They are well built, very reliable and provide plenty of power for dual 8800GTs.

Of the two, the XFX GeForce 8600 GT XXX would be the best bet performance wise.

But either way you go, either of the 8600GT will struggle to play Crysis at anything more than medium settings. Even then it will stutter in the high action scenes. You'll be lucky to hit 20-25 fps at the most.

There is an 8800GT available for only $119.99 if you can afford that: PNY XLR8 GeForce 8800 GT Video Card - Performance Edition, 512MB GDDR3
