Sapphire HD 4870 & PowerColor HD 4870 - what's the difference?

I was planning to buy the Sapphire HD 4870 (Sapphire HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer), but that has recently gone 'out of stock'. The alternatives on the site I can see are the PowerColor HD 4870 (PowerColor HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer) and the Gigabyte HD 4870 (Gigabyte HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer). Are these all the exact same graphics card? What (if any) is the difference between the Sapphire and the other 2?

Really the only difference is the manufacture, and the warranty periods. If you can find a visiontek model, those have lifetime warranties. I believe most others just have 3 years warranties. But at this point, all the clock speeds are the same of the 4870's.

Of course, a graphics card is really only "good" for about 2 years, then its time to upgrade (depending on what you do with it).
So, a 3 year warranty should be sufficient.
