Yes, it shouldn't have a problem with WoW.

The difference between XP and Vista in games isn't too much. A few percent.

Is it still not running very well?

You could run hijackthis, save the logfile, and post it here so we can take a look at it.

Also, Just yesterday I downloaded Rivatuner, and changed the fan speed from about 20 percent to 70 percent, seems to be a cooler temperature, and isnt making more noise like I thought it would. I overclocked a bit to see what would happen, raised the clock speeds about 100 mhz I think they are measured in.

One thing I noticed though was on my CPU display, I run a whole lot of shit constantly such as msn, itunes, avg antivirus in the background, keyboard and mouse apps, power strip for custom resolution etc. and I noticed my CPU usage in wow was spiking to like 70 to 95 percent + So maybe that is why I experience lag, Only having a 2.0 GHZ Dual core processor? since I over clocked a bit and changed the fan, I think its working better and im seeing 70 percent, I also got rid of a few things that were in my system tray like anti vir and some other crap.

Thanks again, And I hope I posted that HIjack this file properly

Yes, definitely start by killing off apps you do not need.

Also, this appears to be spyware:

Alright well I got my razor deathadder mouse, my g15 keyboard, next thing I plan to do is max out ram with another 1gb stick for 4 gb total, get a creative xfi soundcard, eventually throw in some nice speakers and a lcd hdtv around the size of 26" with dvi to hdmi conversion cable connection, which will probably require me to get an 8800 GTS card, 9800 or one of those 220 gtx or whatever the hell those hi def cards are. That has been another question of mine.

Does LCD Hdtv through the dvi to hdmi cable conversion work well as supporting a tv for a comp screen for primary use and tv through a set box or source w.e for tv purposes, that I prolly wont use it for anyways but I like the idea of supporting all my media needs from one source.

A second question, is 2.0ghz dual core procesors, "low'? My old comp, which was really bad, intergrated graphics and the such, had like 2.9, and when I upgraded to a 1gb stick of memory, it was telling me it has 3.2ghz, which made no sense, to me. Just wondering, Noticed a lot of pricey computer packages with low amounts of processor "power?" the whole dual core thing may be a factor of double the amount stated, but i doubt that, because that would be bad marketing, amirite. meaning my dual core intel 2180 2.0ghz is not really 2.0ghz x 2 = 4.0ghz, its just 2, shared, for dual core purposes.

As for wow, I don't know what the issue is, I suppose it would come down to latency/ping/"ms" issues, I run at 120ms in game, down from 280 after i used the regedit file, after watching a video explaining what to do, but I assure you, it only did good, as far as I know, Ive gotten lots less lag, and very responsive return from doing so, or whatever.

For instance, this would make sense, but when i stare at the ground, the fps bar tends to read 60, cause I have on vertical sync set to run at refresh rate of 60 hz for my monitor refresh. Well, when im in a city cruising around in the morning with no one on, still at 120 ms, 60 fps generally stays above 50. however, when there is ppl around, casting spells or just bypassing whatever, I get less, and I dont think its soo much to do "with the less then amazing graphics" as it is, to do with the latency "time it takes my computer to respond with the server and all that is going on" I really shouldnt complain about it, since over clocking, the red edit program, and downloading the proper forceware drivers despite the windows device manager system telling me they were "up to date" provided it was still 2006 lol, things have been running pretty smoothly.

Thanks for all the help, again, and still looking through programs etc, for junk i can toss, thinking of ditching powerstrip despite how much I like it, rivatuner is really nice.
