Upgrading gfx card hmm

Hi i want to upgrade my gfx card but i dunno if my current power supply will hold a powerfuller card.

This is my system specs
p35c-ds3r
4gb 800mhz
q6600 quad core
550watt
current card connect3d ati radeon x1950xt

I was wondering which is the best power supply to get for price wise

and which is the best gfx card between £80 - 150

Anyhelp much apreciated

550W is powerful enough for all of today's high powered video cards.

The HD 4850 is about the best you can get in that price range. This would be a nice choice: Sapphire HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer

well depends on the amps on 12V as I have seen some 500+W that aren't exactly up to snuff with that.

but for most cards in that price range, if the amps on 12V are enough, then it should work fine for a single card setup
