Would my psu handle a hd4850

Would my psu handle a hd4850

Hi have a 2sticks of 2gig memory
2hardrives
1 control pad
4 80mm fans


Hi this is the power supply i have



ATX 550 Watt Silent Transparent PSU

It should. The HD 4850 requires at least a 450W power supply.

Is there a sticker on the side of the unit or specs on the box it came in that tell the voltage out puts?

This is all that ATI says for the power supply requirements:

450 Watt or greater power supply with 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express® power connector recommended (550 Watt and two 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)

Which means you need at the minimum a 450W power supply with an available 6 pin PCI-Express connector. If your's doesn't have the proper connector, you can purchase one like this separately.

Looks like I forgot to answer your question. Some problems you might see would be the OS failing to load after the Windows load screen. Games won't load or out right crash at start up.
