Will my PSU be able to handle this card?

Thanks again for the help, took some pics and measurements (NB all the measurements+lines are not exact - tape measure while tired...):

From the back:

As you can see from the pic the screws go in a rectangle of 16 by 8 at every corner.

Thats a non-standard PSU...
Not only are the dimensions different, but its not unlikely that the motherboard pinout is different
To tell for sure, youd need to unplug the main cable from the motherboard and take a close up of both sides to compare against a standard pinout.
Most likely you are stuck...
Best case scenario, you replace the PSU, and case
Wosrt case you replace the PSU, case AND the mobo

In all honesty I'd probably just return that card and use a lower powered one instead of replacing the case etc.
