ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Problem?

I just got done reformatting and now I think I have a graphics card problem. I play a video game and now whenever I alt-tab to another window it either freezes or takes forever to load back. It should be instant with no lag. Also I play window mode, when I try to move the window it freezes. Any idea what the problem could be? My graphics card is ATI Radeon Xpress 200. I didn't have a problem until I reformatted.

That's an IGP processor so it isn't very robust. Check for newer drivers.
