Can't use my ATi Radeon 9250 for Tri-monitor setup

Good day...

Earlier this year, I had a tri-monitor setup with my 8800GT (eVGA, PCIe, 512mb, DX10) and my ATi Radeon 9250 (ATi, PCI, 256MB, DX8.1). The 8800GT had the latest offical drivers and the 9250 was using omega drivers. I had it working together perfectly, but then I had to get rid of my third monitor and then I just stuck to using two monitors on my 8800GT, with my Radeon sitting in my system being disabled since.

Now, since I have bought a new widescreen monitor to complement my 8800gt (and to replace my 1024x768 monitor that was used as a secondary), I now I have three monitors total again.

I have two widescreen monitors hooked up to my 8800GT, and my previous 1024x768 monitor is hooked back into my 9250 again. The problem here is that I can't get my Radeon 9250 to work properly.

What I have deduced is that this could be a driver issue and/or perhaps an issue with Windows. Let me explain:

I get an error every single time I'm in the Driver Properties window.
With the card installed with any driver (will explain next), everytime I bring up the "Settings" tab to adjust resolutions and such, I get this error...

Not a single driver works with the 9250 anymore
I have tried both the official ATi drivers and the omega drivers for the card. Both produce the same error (above). Since the error talks about the "previous" version of Windows, could this mean that this is all because I have updated to Windows XP service pack 3? I believe I have updated to Windows XP SP3 during the time when I had my 9250 disabled.

I can't seem to find a definite answer through Google, so hopefully you guys might possibly have a clue on how to figure this out?

How are you getting rid of the old drivers?
if your not already using it, I suggest DriverCleanerPro

Ah yes, I forgot to add to my original post, I removed my drivers with Drivercleaner Pro.

Right now its sitting in my computer, completely disabled and no drivers installed. ATi anything is completely cleared out of my system.
