graphics card upgrade dell dem

hi i am new to these forums so i hope i am doing this right.

i have a dell demension 300 and in my device manager under display adapters it says i have a intel (R) 82865G Graphics controller and below that it says visiontek radeon 7000 series. first off i have no idea if it is good or not i haven't upgraded anything in 5 years ohhh except the memory. so for me to play games and not break my wallet what kind of video card should i get so i can play games and have them run smoothly some games i try to play online with a free trial i cant run them i get no picture. if i can keep the price in between 100 and 125 that would be great.

also i am not sure if i can find this place again so i dont know if it is allowed for me to leave my email........
