Radeon HD3850 gives red display
I have a Radeon HD3850 and it displayed fine with the generic drivers,
but to get hardware acceleration I installed ATI Catalyst. Now my display has a red hue.

I downloaded and installed the latest ati drivers, but to no avail.

Could you please help me?
