Blu-ray to HDTV
I have a Dell XPS m1530, Nvidia 8600 graphics card, a blu-ray read/write drive, and a hdcp compliant Vizio p50HDTV. I am using a hdmi output from my laptop to my tv. When I put a blu-ray in it goes to the start menu then an error code pops up that says: Graphics card is not up to date or your graphics card is not HDCP compliant. I know my tv is hdcp compliant and my hdmi cable works. I also know that my hdmi interface works because a tech looked at it. It will not play old or new blu-rays. I have been talking to dell but it is like talking to a small child with them. They also said that the Nvidia graphics card is hdcp compliant and I have given the graphics driver the proper updates. Any Solutions? THANK YOU

One gets lung cancer from smoking. One gets diabetes from obesity. While lifestyle correlates with disease, lifestyle =/= disease.
Obesity is officially a disease.
