This Power Supply:
Ultra Products - V-Series 350 Watt PSU - Black
This is a link to Nvidia's 8800gt page look under the specifications tab and it says it requires 400 Watt system power:
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
This EVGA 8800gt wants 22Amps on the 12 Volt rail:
EVGA-Europe.com - EVGA e-GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
This BFG site has 28Amp requirement (paired with an X6800), look under detailed spec:
BFG Tech - BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB PCIe 2.0
Leadtek site says 400Watt PSU with 26Amps on the 12 Volt rail:
Leadtek - We make dreams a reality
So i'm not saying it wont work but you do seem under powered at 350WATT with 18AMPS on the 12 Volt rail.
IMO you definately need a more powerful PSU to run that sort of card.
ANSWER: NO"I hope you leave enough room for my fist because I'm going to ram it into your stomach and break your god-damn spine! "
