20in LCD tv monitor display picture is all messy

I just got a DMTECH 20In, LCD tv. It can be used as a monitor and picked it up on sale, is why i bought it. Anyway, i hooked it all up, and started the PC up, and everything is distorted kind of. The fonts arn't really clear and i have no clue what else to do. I changed the DPI setting from the default 90 setting to 150% normal size which is 144%, which seemed to help a little but is still messed up. I tryed messing with the appearence settings, and try to get the fonts a littel bigger, it did nothing but made stuff worse kinda. Its more viewable, but it seems everything still doesn't seem right. I also tryed changing the resolution to a higher setting but that just makes it worse to. Right now its on 1024x768. Changing the refresh rate doesn't do anything.

Please can someone throw out some suggestions. The screen is positioned correctly, but the font, icons and everything is all messed. I also should mention i play WoW. And when i run WoW, it is pretty much the same, the fonts are all messy.


I also removed and reinstalled my video drivers, i have a 7300 LE.

I will also try to take a pic with digital camera and hopefully u can see it.

Just to mention, i also changed in my appearence/effects options to "Cleartype" it made it a alittle bit better, but barely.

What's the native resolution of that monitor? I think it is 1366 x 768. You should get the best picture if you are displaying at it's native resolution.
