What tweaker do you use to enhance your GeForce Card?

What tweaker do you use? Which is the best?

I have a new GeForce4, and I'd like to know which tweaking programs you all use.

What are it's strengths, weakenesses, and your likes, dislikes?

I don't tweak anymore... Started getting all sorts of problems with certain games after using tweakers such as NV Max, Geforce Tweaker etc. where certain games wouldn't run after tweaking the settings...

NVMax on GeForce2 MX 400

Used for overclocking and a couple basic tweaks. No problems with it at all. Unfortunatley, NVMax is no longer being developed

I'm with NDC on this ..
I don't use or recommend using any third party tweaker .. they caused me problems more than any real performance increase ...

BIOS tweaks beside Advanced tweaks (inside the card's properties), plus the CoolBits reg hack are the things that i tweak to get the best out of my card ...

Any third party tweaker will do the same but it will make it easier and chances for messing up are bigger, IMO ...

Well, I have used the GeForce Tweaking Utility without any problems whatsoever in my machine and my roommates's machine also. We have GeForce's MX and I can say that games have improved (visual and performance wise) by tweaking a lot of the options from the program.!

I've used Coolbits with great success on my old GeForce1 DDR card to overclock, but I have a new GF4 Ti 4400 card and haven't really played with it yet (Just got it Thursday). The card came with a tweaking utility from Leadtek, but I haven't even installed the software yet.

I have had RIVA Tuner highly recommended, but haven't tried it yet myself. It's unlikely any tweaks will actually damage a card (unless taken to extremes), but could certainly cause a crash. It's easy enough to reset defaults, though.

I used to tweak my Geforce3 Ti200 to 235/490 with powerstrip, but then it suddenly hit me.

I DON'T NEED TO TWEAK.

Every game I wanna play, I can play without problems.

At default my rig is fast enough for any game I throw at it.

Rig is:

Abit KG7-raid
XP1900+
512Mb PC2100 cl2
Geforce3 Ti200
30Gb ata100
40Gb ata100
MX300 Monstersound.

I always tweak my rig, just to see how high I can get stable, and then I set it back to default, cause I don't need it yet.

What kind of poll is this? Where's the answer "I don't use one, I do it myself via the Coolbit reg hack"? That's what I would have checked if it were there.

I dont think tweaking is a good idea for me, I have a GeForce 2 MX200 and its running stock and last time i touched the card to check the heat running under load the skin on my hand melted and stuck to my heatsink!

It runs a tiny but hot but hasn't failed me yet
