at least not on what we've been told is running in it now, 300W no name unit.
if it were an Antec, FSP, or something similar, I'd be more trusting, but in all honesty unless its an all in one system (all onboard Video, sound etc) or MicroATX/Mini ITX, Then I'd be running at or under 300W. anything like that mentioned above for current system I wouldn't run on anything less than 350-380W quality unit like an Antec or FSP.

Brand, chipmaker, series, etc etc for the GPU.
anyways, how much do you have to spend?
as to what kind of improvements will you see?
SUBSTANTIAL!!!
Radeon 4830 competes with Geforce 9800GT range cards.
I'm putting one in my E2140 Pentium Dual Core rig in a week here, then figure out how much I can OC the CPU to, to reduce the bottleneck for some games (my Pentium DC only runs 1.6GHz stock)
difference depending on games run, should be practically night and day.
as to a cheaper PSU, lower wattage, but plenty of amps on 12V, and has at least one 6 Pin PCIE connector for the video card. Newegg.ca - CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies |

I don't really have a price atm, I'm currently in saving but it shouldn't take long at all to get enough for this. |
