New Graphic Card Question

Hi i'm looking for what graphics cards to buy to improve my graphics have had a lot of trouble running ARMA 2 and looking for something to handle it alot better than my Dual 8800GT are. My comp specs are as follows

Dell XPS630I
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9300 2.5GHZ
4GB Ram
Vista 32 Bit
With 2 GeForce 8800GT Graphics cards

Any ideas would help <3

Budget preferably no more than 300 or so i'd prob go 500 so i got a bit to spend

Then a 275 will be a nice choice for under $300.
