Talking
nvidia geforce 6200 video ports

trying to find out - how many DVI port(s) and VGA port(s) the nvidia geforce 6200 supports? the nivida geforce is what Everest, hardware program, tells me.

then i'll know which Newegg.com - HDMI Cable, USB Cable, SATA Cable, DVI Cable, USB 2.0 Cable, IDE Cable, Power Cable, DVI-D Cable to get.

Well the ports depends on the model, which 6200 are you getting? most of the time they come with VGA. Make sure you have the apropriate port in your monitor also.

for the gpu i have currently, i believe it is this one: EVGA | Products , though the pdf is unclear as to the quantity of each port.

Don't go by the color (it can vary from card to card)

take a look at the shape and the number of pins (holes for the pins)

but yes, if the blue port on your card looks like the VGA one in that pic then thats the VGA connection.

yeah, but apparently they also didn't know what the VGA and DVI ports even looked like, hence the need for the picture.
