It should be compatible. The board has 3 PCI slots on it and the card you mentioned is PCI. There should not be any issues.

Do make sure that you get the PCI version because it looks like they have a PCI-E version of that model.

And in case you are curious or need it in the future... here is the link to the manufacturer of your motherboard's site. You can get drivers, BIOS updates, and specifications there...
