I didnt open the links, but XFX usually has better warranties. That said, Sapphire is good too. All my ATI cards have been from them. Never one problem. All my latest NVIDIA cards have been from XFX too though (the last one I had was 3 years back, a 7600GT). Its a toss between the two. Besides, both are using the exact same stock design anyways (the card is too new to have any 3rd party designs yet, that will come in a few months). Since they are identical, go for the one with the better warranty.

Everything I have heard about both, (I have owned both brands but, haven't had to use their warranties) indicates that XFX's customer service is superior to Sapphire's.

after I got my 2 Sapphire 4870's, I did some digging around and from what I read Cajun is right, Sapphires cards are good, but their customer service isn't so "shiny". I also remember when they came out with that Dual GPU X1950 Pro card, was a proprietary design like the 4850x2's, and driver support was crap for it from them, ATI wouldn't support it since it wasn't an official product from them, or anything, and was a creation of Sapphires design, so driver support was piss poor for the card.
although I like Sapphires Vapor X design cards, the cooler used, i also would have to lean towards XFX for the Warranty and customer service aspect as well.

From what I have read the XFX one runs way cooler than the sapphire card. From digging around google, people have said sapphire runs 43c while XFX runs 31c. I am not sure what else they have in the systems, but it seems XFX is the better way to go.
