Can my computer handle a GC upgrade?

Im thinking about getting a new graphics card but im not sure what stats I should consider in buying a new graphics card.

here are my computer stats:

Processors: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz

Grafics Card: Radeon X1300/X1550 Series
Ram: 2046MB
System Type: 32 bit

these are all the stats that i know of.


Im looking for something that can play games like Crysis:Warhead, GTAIV, Modern warfare 2, HD Pac man.

Is it a store bought pc like a Dell or HP?
You'll need to open the case and look wattage rating of the power supply.

you try a nice 4850 or a 8800GT or something along the lines if your PSU can support it. If not you are looking at about $150 for the GC and PSU
