Will Modern Warfare 2 work on my pc if it does how good will it run? Medium graphics, high, low etc.

I need some serious answers because I have asked other places like Yahoo! Answers and some said yes and some said no.

Well in theory, yes it will work.
Will it be enjoyable? No.

I say this because your PC has onboard video, and that's not really designed for gaming. You won't be able to get decent FPS, so it'll seem "choppy" to you most likely.
Good news is you can most likely upgrade the video card, so that's a option for you.

I dont have enough money to buy a good video card, when I bought the processor I selected a standard gaming pc. Are you saying that it will run but on low quality?

Yes basically. What monitor do you have? (Brand and model number would be great)
Or do you know what resolution you monitor supports?

The larger the res, the more demand it puts on your video card. So if your playing on a smaller CRT screen, then most likely it'll play "ok" enough to play. Anything more I'm afraid it's not gonna be pleasant.

That is a below standard gaming PC.....

It will run but barely... it won't be an enjoyable experience you will have very low FPS and it will be very jumpy....

You would really need to upgrade that video card.... or get it on xbox...
