I have my monitor and plasma hooked up to the computer. The default refresh rate it gives me is 59Hz for the TV and 60hz for the monitor so when i alt TAB out of games it has a fit. I can set the monitor to 59hz and this solves the fit it has when i alt tab but it doesn't remember the settings after a reset or shut down. The TV doesn't have an option for 59hz.

Monitor and TV drivers are up to date. The monitor is connected with a DVI cable and the TV is connected with a DVI to HDMI cable.

Also when i turn off Audio enabled HDMI to off on the TV it locks the computer solid.
