Damn I say double damn!! This is awesome.
Hey guys,
I do still have the problem with my GF4, and therefor will re-install the whole rig, which was needed anyway, but something cought my eye when looking at properties of the card.
At the screen where ya can manually set the FSAA rate, I saw the following:
Off
2x
Quincunx
4x
4xS, only in d3d
Does anybody know what the S stands for??
Ofcourse I tried it right away, and my lord, this looks sooooo cool, I was drooling even more then when I tried FSAA 4x for the 1st time on my GF3.

Yeah, my GF4 Ti4200 has that exact same option: 4xS. I'm not sure what the "S" stands for, but it's better than just 4x. Maybe it's 4x Super? lol Probably not...

It might stand for Sideband addressing, which would probably only be needed during D3D.
Any other ideas?
edit>>> You may want to check out THIS ARTICLE at evga.com. It seems that 4XS is nVidia's 4x antialiasing mode.
GOOGLE ROCKS!!!!
