While its unlikely that ANY 1156 socket motherboard won't have a PCI-E socket, you should really tell us the model...
And more importantly what brand/model power supply you have as well as the +12V rail amperage from the sticker inside.

The most important question, was the one about the power supply, although the motherboard question is also a must.
There is no way around it, you have to open the case and read the info on the power supply label.
The size and output of the power supply, is critical to what video card you can use.
If you would even take the time to give us the brand name, and model, we could probably look it up.
If you have a normal PC, you need a 500watt power supply, with the right PCIe plugs.
On the power supply label, there will be the amperage for all the rails, and 12v rail, are the most important.
If it has more than 2 12v rails, we need the combined wattage, and that is typically, on the bottom of the label.Hard Sayin Not Knowin

Looks like a 460 watt, but with out the 12v rail question answered, or at least the brand name, 460watts doesn't mean much.

Take the side off the case, look at the power supply sticker and tell us the brand and what the _A rating is under the +12V section...
You'll only need about 380W overall for the upgrade but you need a decent Power Supply overall if you don't want problems...
Do you have the integrated graphics only or the 5570 card version?Last edited by JPMiller; January 22nd, 2012 at 06:21 PM.

OK, that's the right one...
You should be good without an upgrade to the PSU...
Its got enough power but its unlikely it has enough PCI-E connectors to run the card so you'll likely need a few adapters...
I would look at the cables and determine how many, if any 6 pin connectors are available..Last edited by JPMiller; January 22nd, 2012 at 07:02 PM.

You wont need a new motherboard, but you better make sure you have 9.3 inches clearance in the case, and enough PCI-E connectors

It looks like you have plenty of clearance.
did you check for 6 pin PCI-E connectors?

Bottom line yes, the card will replace the current video card and fit just fine...
However, to get it to work you WILL need 2 PCI-E 6 pin connectors connected to it..
It sounds like you have 1 and you will need a 4pin molex to 6 pin adapter for the second.

I might grab some 4 gig sticks tomorrow. TBH, I can't remember what I have just now, but I think it is two by two gig.
