    Welcome to TechIMO!

    No!

    Those all required 500watt.

The least you can go is 450watt, BUT it would have to be a real 450 watt.

A brand name 450 watt will have about 28 to 33 amps on the 12v rail.
Your non brand name has half that@ 15amps.

Some good 500watters, have in the 36 amp area, but I have seen good 500 watt power supplies as low as 30amps, but 15amps is too low.h

This is the cheapest500w I can recommend, on New Egg.

    Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS500-PCARD3-US 500W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply

    cheapest 450w, same 30amps 12volt

This is what I would get.
    Newegg.com - CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

The 560 is a little better than the 6850

I see you have 230volts, you must not be in the US .
I guess New Egg won't work.

    1. It may not even run.
    2. If it dose run, it will run hot, and could limit performance.
    3. because it will be overloaded, it could fail prematurely and fry you whole system(cheap power supplies have no computer protection).

The trouble with under sizing, is that demand decides how many amps the power supply putts out, not the size of the power supply.
If you put a 450 watt system on that, essentially 350 watt power supply, it will put out 450 watts, until it dies.

You never know, it might work, check for heat.
    Nothing I would recommend.

That's how it is, cheap power supplies, are cheap.

Coolermaster, is the cheapest, I can recommend.

If you get a Corsair, you can drop to a 450watt..
Same goes for any other brand name on our list

agreed, cheapest quality one from that list would be this one:

Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500W SMPS Power Supply | eBay

or even one of these 450W units would suffice (Antec 450W in this list are cheaper yet, and just as good as the Coolermaster 500W, the key for the Video card is the Amp rating for the +12V Rail, these Antec's put out as much on the +12V rail as the CM 500W does)

    eBay: 450w psu antec

You should be able to run BF3 on moderate settings with that card, but in no way will it run on Ultra settings and decent frame rates, you'd need a Good $350-400+ card for that, or even a couple cards.

as to GTA 5, and any newer games coming out, no one can say for sure until those games actually come out. Hopefully GTA 5 will be better than 4 was, which was a terrible buggy piece of crap, that even struggled to run right on top end hardware systems.

As to the PSU, the Antec VP450 450W will be plenty, its only got 4 Amps less on the +12V Rail and will be enough to run your system with one of those GTX 560's.

Cheaper in price, and in either case, you will need to use the extra PCI Express Power Connector adapter to convert 1 or 2 4 Pin power connectors into a single 6 Pin PCI Express power connector.

or for even less, Flipkart: Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU: Psu

This one will still power the whole system, with one of those cards.

its 2 Amps less than the Antec, but still enough to run everything, and you will also need to use the PCI Express adapter to convert 1 or 2 4 pin connectors to a single 6 pin connector.

These Power supplies all, only have a single 6 Pin PCI Express power connector, and both a Radeon 6850 and GTX 560 need Two 6 Pin connectors, so you'll need to convert a couple connectors to an extra 6 pin to get the cards running.

both cards should include at least one adapter, very few if any cards these days, that require the need to be powered off the Power supply don't come with an adapter.

If you can afford the 500W Corsair, then go for it, otherwise either the Antec 450W or Corsair 430W will be enough.

With the Video cards, either Zotac or Sparkle are fine, their not as well known as other brands, but both companies are solid brands.

Zotac makes motherboards and cards for other brands (or at least has in the past), much like Foxconn does, and Sparkle is owned by Fortron Source also known as FSP, which makes their own Power supplies ( also makes Sparkle Power supplies) and like Seasonic, FSP makes PSU's for other well known PSU brands as well.
