ordering new computer need help with graphic card

I ordered a computer from hp and my first computer is Ts 420t had a graphic card of 2gb AMD Radeon HD 6550A. Unfortunately when i had got that computer the back of the screen had a been cracked open and now the cd driver it having issues along with the webcam being thrown off alinement.

So i called HP back to order another computer and now they are saying that they don't carry that model of graphic card anymore. The only models of graphic cards that they carry now are Integrated graphics, 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 520m, and 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7450A. There are some other as well but these are the only ones that i am interested in. Is it worth is to purchase a better graphic card for $70- 71 more?

This new computer is mostly going to be used for at home use to watch shows and movies on. Maybe a couple of games, browsing the internet and some photo editing.

Ughhh i really don't like hp at the moment.....please help!!

first of all, your current Radeon graphics ARE integrated graphics.

2nd this PC is an All In One PC, there are no real upgrades to the video chip, these systems are basically Laptops in a Monitor casing/frame for an all in one system.

if these are built like most laptops, the chip is soldered onto the motherboard, it may be considered a "Discreet" or Dedicated Graphics chip, but their still integrated and you really can't add a regular video card to them.

as to which to go for, either the 520 or 7450 should suffice for your needs, though both are weak for gaming, but it depends on the games your wanting to play.

Why? Because they changed the specs of their systems like every other Pre-built PC manufacturer does?

If so, then thats why you custom build.
