Welcome to Techimo!
If thats your card, technically it will run it, but barely on low settings. The one you posted has a 32bit memory bus, which is well.... useless for gaming.
What are the rest of your system specs and what resolution do you plan to play at?
Id you are looking to buy that card, I'd honestly not suggest it at all.Main PC: AMD FX-8350 / 16gb DDR3 1600 / AMD 7970GE 1200mhz Core & 1600mhz Mem / Win7 Pro 64bit
File Server: AMD Opteron 180 / 3gb DDR400 / Nvidia 6200 / WinXP Home 32bit / Lubuntu 12.10
Laptop: HP-Compaq nc8430/ Intel CoreDuo T2400 / 2gb DDR2 667/ Ati x1600 / WinXP Pro 32bit

the one they "posted" is a SkimWords Ad link from the forums ads LOL.
The one they listed is this:
ZOTAC ZT-84SEH4P-FSL GeForce 8400 GS Video Card - 256MB (up to 512MB with TurboCache), DDR2, PCI-Express 2.0 (x16), 1x Dual-Link DVI, 1x VGA, 1x S-Video, DirectX 10, Single-Slot, Low Profile at TigerDirect.com
has a 64-bit memory bus, but in any case its still really low end for gaming.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
