We need your computer specs and OS! Have you tried updating the graphics card driver?

Well this problem just occurred out of nowhere!
I was able to play all the games but than just BAM all games are glitched. Except the java running Minecraft!
I got a Radeon HD 4300/4500 series, a Pentium Dual-Core CPU E6500 @ 2.93GHz - 2936 MHz - 2 core('s) logical processor.

I think it could be a problem caused by the Catalyst Control center of my defraggler from piriform.

If the video driver reinstall/update fails to help, then try to reinstall DirectX.
I hope it isn't a hardware problem on the card, though.

I also have this problem. I have an ATI Radeon 3000 integrated graphics card. This also happened about 2 days ago.

i believe its because im using hardware acceleration and not software acceleration

Hardware acceleration wouldn't cause that, its faster and better performing than Software which is processed by the CPU, the Hardware is GPU Processing.
With out posting ANY of your hardware specs or what it was that you replaced aside from your motherboard, no one can help you solve the problem.
We're not Psychics here, so you will have to post info that can help us help you.
Also, start a new thread, rather than jack someone elses which still has yet to be solved.
Though its similar symptoms as yours, it could be an entirely different problem, and until this users issues are resolved, it would make sense to just have your own thread to refer to, instead of us dealing with multiple users problems in one thread adding confusion to people reading or posting their problems in here.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

I already fixed it, it was caused by a wrong version update of catalyst control center.

I found out how to fix it. If you have AMD catalyst control center. Just uninstall it and it should work fine it worked for me.

yeah.....
Apparently you didn't read the thread starters reply above yours, stating the same dang thing.
If they had a wrong update version, they would have had to reinstall or update the drivers, which is more or less the same thing you suggested. In any case its a moot point since they stated they already solved the problem.
