yeah, if its only saying 18A for +12V on a 500W PSU, its under powered.

It may have 2 +12V Rails through, if its 18 for each, its reasonable Amperage, but again no idea if Acer uses a crap brand or a quality brand that they slap their name on.

you could also run MSI Afterburner with your Radeon card, and not only set it up to show your Frame rate in game, but monitor the cards temps and fan speeds at the same time.

Fraps has a tendency with some games to run the games with lower frame rates sometimes, even when not in recording mode. MSI afterburner (and the similar EVGA Precision which is ONLY for Nvidia Cards, where as Afterburner works for either or), are a bit less intrusive with showing frame rates, as well as can display the additional info on screen in game.

Yes it is running 2 at 18, and i tried uploading a picture of what im dealing with but im not sure if it worked. All settings are on low and its like this everywhere so far. FPS was inbetween 28-34 when being active, on stand still in this house its 47 i think, but as you can see there are holes everywhere lol starting to drive me nuts!!

could be the card is over heating, but doubt it, many times when stuff like that happens, its driver related bugs, usually some sort of texture rendering related bugs.

could be an issue with that current version of the game and that particular card/driver combination.

Is DirectX Also updated to latest version as well?
