    Help buying graphics card.

Hey all, I have a HP Compaq 6000 Pro Microtower PC. It is my computer I use at work, and my goal is to be able to play Diablo III on my down time.

Diablo III requires a nVidia GeForce 7800 GT or ATI Radeon X1950 Pro or better.

My PC currently has the factory standard Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family built into the motherboard. My PSU is 320w.

I don't know much about graphic cards. I just need something passable to play the game. Preferably something that would not require me to upgrade my PSU. It must connect via a PSIe x16 port. If anyone knows any low cost cards that will do the trick It would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to TechIMO!

If you can provide the numbers we need to look up the details needed, on you EXACT unit, we can help.
HP Compaq 6000 Pro Microtower PC*-* Download drivers and software - specify product name - HP Business Support Center

Those requirements you poster, are minimum.
You need better than that for good performance.

Diablo III System Requirements - Battle.net Support

Any upgrade worth doing will need a 400 watt power supply.
If that 320watt is quality, it might work, but I doubt it is.

What is the brand of the power supply, and the 12v rail amp?
    What is you total budget?
    What CPU do you have?

    Without knowing you info,yet.

This should cover the minimum requirements, and the power supply

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Video Cards & Video Devices, Desktop Graphics Cards, $25 - $50, GeForce G/GT series, GeForce GT 430 (Fermi)

    But if you want recommended.

If it is the computer I think it is, you may have trouble with dual slot cards
    so 6770 is probably out
    Newegg.com - AMD 633897-ZH1 Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 Video Card
20% off with promo code, till 11:59 Wednesday.
    450watt power supply

    These are near recommended, also.
I believe the HD7750 is the best of the group, and uses the least power, of the top cards, as well as it is the newest.
    Newegg.com - PowerColor AX7750 1GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
400watt power supply, or a really good 320watt.

    Newegg.com - XFX HD-675X-ZDFC Radeon HD 6750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
    450watt power supply

If you want half way between the recommended and minimum
    Newegg.com - PowerColor AX6670 1GBK3-HL Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
Still needs a 400watt power supply or a really good 320watt
