Gigabyte Radeon Hd 6850
My computer specs are:
Windows 7 ultimte 64-bit
8gb RAM
Intel core 2 Duo CPU E7400 2.8ghz
Motherboard - Asus P5BSE
350W PSU
I want to buy a Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850. Is my computer specs good for this card? Is it worth to buy HD 6850 now? Will it run newest games without lag? Sorry for my english, hope you understand. Thanks.

350W doesn't mean squat for the Power supply, what Brand, and Model of PSU is it?
It always amazes me how many people post specific and exact details about everything in their PC except the single most important part of the PC, the Power Supply.
What is your Budget, Where are you in case we know of some online retailers in your country to suggest upgrades from?i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

hi,
I know that 500w power supply is recommended and i'm going to buy it, but is the motherboard and processor good for HD 6850?

Board has a PCIE x16 slot, its first Gen PCIe, but the 6850 should be fine on it.
CPU is lower end, but also should be fine, if there is a bottleneck in performance on the GPU, it won't be much.
As to 500W needed, all you need is a good quality 400W for that system with the 6850.
500W is under the assumption your running a crappy brand PSU.
as to running newest games with out lag, you do realize that this is entirely dependent on the settings your running in the games, Resolution, low, medium, or high settings, etc?
Will it run all games out now, yes, will it run smoothly, for most low to moderate games and lower resolutions, yes, for higher end games and higher resolutions, like 1080p, maybe, depends on the games in question.
Also keep in mind, the CPU you have might be on the low end for some games, and some games are more CPU dependent than GPU, so a definitive yes or no can not be stated.
But I wouldn't run anything really beyond a Radeon 6850 or 6870 (or up to a Geforce GTX 560) on your Motherboards PCIe x16 slot, since most cards above these would be heavily Bottlenecked by the older slots bandwidth, and really needing a PCIe 2.0 slot.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
