The difference between these two cards?

I just need an in depth opinion on how these are different even though they have about the same hardware.

They aren't any different they are the same exact card. One is a new card and the other a refurbished card. The difference you see in the parts number 01G-P3-1556-KR vs RX is just show they can be differentiated. The KR is the standard lettering for a new card, the RX obviously for the refurb.

KR is the 2 or 3 year Warranty cards, AR is the Limited Lifetime Warranty Cards, and RX is Recertified/Refurbished Designation for Their Cards (90 Day Warranty), but as rich pointed out, its the same exact card.

Dang I forgot all about their new warranty program and the new lettering scheme with that.

Err damn, that's right they had been doing that for awhile. I think I was thinking about XFX changing their warranties earlier this year. Dunno where my head is today

that, I didn't know, XFX, I know they have had Double Lifetime Warranties on their cards for some time, along with Lifetime and few year warranty's as well, but didn't know or hear anything about them changing their warranties lately.

I'm wondering if Nvidia Will ever reissue them a license to start selling Nvidia Cards again, give EVGA a bit of competition and maybe back to the old Price wars, with MSI dropping their prices to compete with the 2, like years ago.
