    XFX G4 Ti4200......

They are a division of the Pine group. This card seems like the best bang for buck Ti4200 card out there. It almost reaches GeForce4 Ti 4600 performance. Stock H/S-Fan and no ramsinks. The GPU is based on the new A3 core, it's the same core that the GeForce4 Ti 4600 uses and with the 3.6ns memory, it explains the capability of coming close to reaching the Ti4600 speeds.

Read the complete review here. Here

Had a lot of bad experience with Pine products before
This one might have good review, but as time passes by things might change ...
And A3 is just revision of the chip, when it's out they use it for all the chips, not just for the Ti4600. All the chips are exactly the same, Ti4400 is Ti4600 which couldn't work at stock speed, same is for Ti4200.

What about this A3? Can you explain more about it? I'll be buying a new card this month. How do I make sure I get the A3? How is it better?

A3 is just a revision, a stepping of the chip. It means that the techprocess went a little bit better, so they release a new version of the silicon.

See the "A3" at the end of the line which has "Q13334 1 0212 A3" ? That's the revision version. And you can't see it unless the GPU cooler is removed.
But I wouldn't worry too much. According to multiple sources on the Net, A3 revision o/ces only about 5-10MHz higher then the previous A2 revision
