| Will AGP 4x Card work in AGP 2x slot?
I have a Pentium II 400 and want to upgrade my video card to an MSI Geforce2 Ti. However, I'm not sure if the AGP slot in my motherboard is AGP 4x (most likely not, I would think). Therefore, I would like to know if the card would work in an AGP 2x slot. Thanks a lot. |

it should run without problems.. most all cards are AGP 2x 4x compliant.. even the realy new cards are 2x, 4x, 8x.. so u shouldn't have any problems..

Wasn't there problems with the voltage settings (lack of voltage for new cards) on old AGP slots? Or is it just with AGP 1x?
