Hmm...well Newegg has the Hercules Radeon 8500 128MB for only $129. IMO, the Radeon would be the one to go with since the MX cards are feature-limited and really aren't Geforce4's. Also, to my knowledge, Hercules makes great cards, so for $129, That's a great deal. Just my 2 cents. Click this link: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...ion=14-120-135

If you don't need to hook up two monitors to it, you can pick up a GeForce4 Ti4200 from NewEgg for $142 or $143. There's two of them at those prices. One is from Pine, the other is from Gainward. The Pine has TV-out, and the Gainward doesn't.

If you do need the extra features, there's a Gainward GeForce4 Ti4200 that's just out of your budget at $158.

And those are real GeForce4's...

Yes. A Radeon 8500 is pretty much a top of the line card. It'll easily haul through any game released right now.

I suggest this one
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...ion=14-123-114

Abit Siluro Ti4200 64MB w/ VGA, TV-out, and DVI out.
Also, from the reviews, seems to be the only Ti4200 that consistantly hits 600Mhz Memory speed, which is extremely fast.

Also comes in a cool blue color.
145+5 S/H

If your not going to Overclock it, or use TV out or DVI out just get the cheapest Ti4200 you can find...

Like this one
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...ion=14-130-121

$131+$0 S/H
GF4Ti blows away the GF4MX line, and also beats out the Radeon 8500 in most benches.
