What's the difference b/t these two GF4 from Gainward?

Ok, I went to newegg to check out that cool Yamaha burner but wayyy out of my reach Anyways, I usually check video card prices and prices are soooo low!!! (don'tcha gotta love that video card company war? ) Anywho, I was scrolling down and saw two Gainward cards in this link (choose TI4600 if it doesn't give you the list) and seeing the two (at nice prices due to the overclockabilty and blah blah blah) I couldn't tell the difference between the two except one is cheaper and less details and one is more expensive with more details and both retail boxes, I do see one is the Golden Sample, is that the one that overclocks like a beast?

Looks like firewire option. And I bet the memory is higher yield.

When I look at both of the pics, it looks like both has firewire? ehh, I really don't care, since I don't think I'll be getting it, but it's good to know about
