unusually high 3dmarkse score?

I just did a benchmark of my system and for some reason, I scored alot higher than I have been. I was gonna benchmark before trying the new Quadro drivers to get a refference score. I nailed a 7835!! This is a bit higher from my last benchmard 6644 points. the 7835 score I published. I almost dont want to change anything although I do want to see what if the new drivers will up my score again or lower it. What a prediciment...heheh

From what I have been reading the 41.03 drivers arn't the greatest, I think thats why Nvidia has held off putting them directly on their site.

I have read that alot of people just went back to the 40.72 ones, like me =+]

I also have a soyo kt333 plat and a xp2400 (which 3dmark doesn't recognize correctly so does HORRIBLE scores) but with my 1800 (oc'd to 2000) and my GF4 ti 4600 I had 11535 with 512 pc 2700 so you should probably have 8500+ score at least (as was previously mentioned)

I was thinking the same thign as a bunch of the people up above. You should be getting a higher score. I can get that score with my system...

AthlonXP 1800+
256mbs DDR pc-2100
ATI Radeon8500 64MB AIW

You should be getting 8000+ 3dmarks. I'd say something was really holding your system back, and inadvertantly you fixed it! I'd tweak it some and see if you can't hit 8000!

Yes but folks he is running a GeForce 3 (That is a standard GeForce 3 right skit? not a ti500?) If this is a standard GeForce 3, those scores are perfectly normal. Bob, your radeon 8500 is known to out perform the standard GeForce 3's...I believe that scores of 9000 + are not too hard to reach with that card.
