| GeForce4 ti 4600 TV-IN Problem! Not Working!!
Hello,
I have the Xtasy VisionTek GeForce4 ti 4600 with TV-IN/Out capabilites. But I can't get the TV-IN to work!
I have an S-Video cable running from my TV to my Video Card, and I have no problem whatsoever getting the TV-Out to work. But whenever I try to do TV-IN, I simply get no signal. I have tried several programs (ATV200, PowerDirector, Ulead, etc..) and they all produce the same results.
Has anyone else had this problem? I can't seem to figure out why it won't work, I have NO idea. I am using Windows XP. |

hey, not sure how your tv is setup, but on mine the s-video is strictly for video input, not output. i have coaxial out *rca* and that is it, i have a now outdated geforce3 and have had no problems with tv-in with using the coaxial connection. hope that helps |

Well, how else am I supposed to connect my TV into my card without an S-Video cable?
I tried routing it through my VCR, but with no success.
I even have a game console with S-Video out, again with no success. |

Do you have the WDM drivers installed? Also check that the correct source is specified in the TV-in program your using.

The normal video drivers will allow you to do video out no problems, but you need additional drivers installed to allow video in.
The manufacturer of you video card should have supplied the drivers on the cd with the card, or get the latest version from their website.
