Building a new system and have a Video card question

WEll i have placed my order for all my other parts but video card:

Asus A7N8x Deluxe
Crucial 512 PC2700
Antec SX835II case with 350W PS
Xp2000 retail for the 3 yr Warranty

All that for $417, the other things like HD, CD, and DVD i have already.

Ok I have pretty much narrowed my video cards to 9500 pro and 4200 128 ram. Now my choice is basically down to funds vs performance. I'm not a huge overclocker so my decision is based on the fact if i can justify to myself and my WIFE the 50 dollar difference. And yes i ahve read all the reviews but honestly will i notice a huge difference between these 2 cards while playing games is the question i would like to know.

Now ok no matter what the answer will be should i wait till the new FX cards are release the end of this month before buying a video card. I know the first Benchmarks were not very impressive but i believe they will remedy that problem. How long do you think it will take the other lower level cards like the 9500 pro and 4200 to drop in price after the FX cards are released?

what kind of games? if unreal tournament and quake and crap like that the 4200 should be fine. i myself dont like ati's. thats why im saving up for the improved FX(with the better cooler that is)

WOW i have never been a real big FPS games but i saw a little tape of Unreal II and it looks awesome. Right now i'm into Links 2003 and the other EA 2003 sports games. Also i plan on playing SWG when it releases in April.
