    Elsa makes great video cards! I have a GeForce mx2 400 (I think its an Elsa 540 or something.. I don't remember) And it has been running perfectly since I bought it (around June 2001).
    About the card (specifically) I don't know but it is an elsa.!

    I had an ELSA TNT2, and that card rocked! IT aproached the Ultras speed when overclocked, and was rock stable, plus ELSA has great tech support!

    Elsa folded up, was a very big German player, but they ARE revived through ATI. Kind of like Visiontek, switching sides.
