looking for a decent 17" or 18" LCD display

I am looking for a decent 17" or 18" LCD monitor.

i am currently using a IBM G97 19" monitor as my main video output. I am using a MSI Geforce 4 Ti4200 128mb video card.

I would like to have a nice black (as all my stuff is black) 17" or 18" black LCD. I don't have a ton of cash so a "budget" LCD monitor would be fine...

What do you suggest?

KOGI 17" from best buy. I got one for $300 after rebate and tax and 10% discount.

I should have really bought the vpr matrix 17" for $250 after rebates as it is a lot better looking and crisper.

Maybe I will sell my KOGI and wait for the vpr to come on sale again...
