Update ESCD Successfully

everytime i turn my computer on this message (Update ESCD Successfully) displays and that my mouse does not respond and i have to shut down twice to get my computer working again. i just bought this computer and this problem accureds every time. what is wrong with my system and can this problem be sorted out.

That update message always shows on my computers, and they boot fine. I'm sure that something loading after that message is what's causing your lockups.

try resetting your bios to see if that cures it?? i dont know

i still dont know what to do and what is causing this problem or i posted this post in wrong section, i'll try posting this problem in some other relavent sections, still if any of you knows what to do please let me know.
