    Picture in picture video question.

Just a couple of basic questions.

obviously you have to have a tv tuner card for this...but do several companys make these or is picture in picture just an ATI thing?

Of course by picture in picture I mean having your regular desktop but also having a smaller window open with a TV picture on it.

How does that work with the TV cable..I supppose you just run a cable splitter? or are some of the cards pass thru cards?

Not quite know what you mean. All TV cards have a window on your desktop.
If you mean PiP on TV. Meaning one main window showing a channel and another child window showing another channel. In this case you need 2 tuners. The TV signal is splitted inside the TV. The child window is overlayed on the screen such as OSD
