leadtek geforce 4 TI 4200
having trouble with blue screens lately
just downloaded the new drivers from nvidia and i still get the same blue screen saying that nvdisplay.dll has caused and error in such and such allocation is this a memory error in the video card or WHAT some one out there can help me please do before i have to send it to warranty ???

The card is good. The .dll file is bad. Could you get the exact words of the blue screen? They'll be helpful. BTW, what are your system specs?

any bsod caused by a ".dll" file is a driver problem

how about some system speks ... is this a new card ? is teh system old? when was the last time you blew out the case and ps with caned air ? whats the power supply ?

I'd de-install any/all drivers and software you have for your video card. Next I would reboot the machine and enter the system bios. Look for a setting similar to "video rom bios shadow" and disable it. Save changes to your bios settings and exit. When machine comes back up, reload the video drivers and software to see if this cures your issue.
Through the NIC, on the cat5, off the gateway router, out the cable modem...….nothin' but net.
